After you submit your account deletion request, here's the complete timeline of what happens to your data throughout the deletion process:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request submission and you will lose access to all services, features, and platform functionality
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active production servers within 30 days of receiving your deletion request
  • Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law and government regulations
  • Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes to improve our services and user experience for future customers
  • Backup systems and archived databases may take up to 90 days to completely remove all traces of your data from our infrastructure

How to Delete Your Account

OPTION 1: Delete Through the App

The fastest and most convenient way to delete your account is directly through our mobile application. This method provides instant processing and immediate confirmation with no waiting period.

  1. Open the Logistics App on your mobile device (available on iOS or Android platforms from App Store or Google Play)
  2. Navigate to Settings or Profile from the main menu at the bottom of the screen or top navigation bar
  3. Tap on Account Settings to access all your account management options and preferences including security and privacy settings
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account from the available options in the account management section
  5. Read the warning message carefully that explains:
    • What data will be permanently deleted
    • That this action cannot be reversed or undone
    • The timeline for complete data removal
    • Any consequences of account deletion
  6. Confirm your decision by entering your current password for security verification purposes to ensure you are the account owner
  7. Review the final deletion warning message that explains the permanent nature of this action, then tap Delete Permanently to finalize your request
  8. You will receive an immediate confirmation notification on screen that your deletion request has been successfully processed and submitted to our system
  9. Your account will be deactivated instantly and you will be logged out from all devices where you were signed in automatically

OPTION 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer email communication, you can request account deletion by sending us an email with all the required information listed below.

  1. Compose and send a new email message to our support team at: bowspacetechnologies@gmail.com
  2. Use the exact subject line: "Account Deletion Request" to ensure faster processing and proper routing to our data protection team
  3. Include the following complete information in your email body to help us verify your identity and process your request:
    • Your registered email address associated with your account
    • Your username, account ID, or phone number (if applicable to your account type)
    • A clear and explicit statement confirming that you want to permanently delete your account and understand this is irreversible
    • Optional but appreciated: Brief reason for deletion (this feedback helps us improve our services for other users)
  4. Our data protection team will verify your identity for security purposes and process your deletion request within 5-7 business days of receiving your email
  5. You will receive a detailed confirmation email to your registered address once the account deletion process has been completed successfully
  6. If you don't receive a confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us again to ensure your request was received
