Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.
